By accessing or using Kalorim ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Kalorim is currently in public beta and is distributed via Apple TestFlight. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. As beta software, it may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or functionality of the App during the beta period.
Kalorim uses artificial intelligence to estimate calorie and macronutrient content from food photos. These estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon as precise nutritional information. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for dietary guidance.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you submit through the App. By using Kalorim, you grant us a limited license to process your food photos for the purpose of generating nutritional estimates. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use your photos for purposes unrelated to providing the service without your consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalorim and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from inaccurate nutritional estimates, data loss, or service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service. The beta program may be discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
